For our 49th episode, we had the pleasure of speaking with Here 2 Help, a multi-service, community-based, mobile team that responds to immediate concerns and crisis in the community and to help with situations that may escalate to conflict. The team offers support, engagement, knowledge, skills and follow-up service. They enhance community connection, empathy and belonging. We talked about the concept of harm reduction, the benefits of the team model in the community, and some of the success stories.
